Hi.

As a professional organizer, I help individuals and businesses create systems and processes to increase efficiency and reduce clutter and chaos. I use a variety of techniques, including time management, space planning, and organizing strategies, to create a more functional and efficient environment for my clients.

Organizing and backing up your pictures

Organizing and backing up your pictures

Organizing pictures can be overwhelming, especially when your backed up for years.  The best way to get something done is to begin.  Begin by categorizing your pictures by years and then by month within those years.  Then start by combing through your pictures to see exactly which ones you want to keep.  I use Dropbox and an external hard drive to backup all my photos.  I love Dropbox because it is easy to use.  I download an application on my phone which allows me to access all my pictures anytime.  Dropbox has lots of features such as sharing albums or sending individual pictures. After you have organized all your photos, transfer them to Dropbox and an external hard drive.  The hard part of organizing your pictures is complete!  Creating photo books is the fun part.  I love using Mixbook because they have a wide selection of templates where all you have to do is pick out the best pictures and they do the rest.  You can get as involved as you want.  If you don't have any time, they will arrange the pictures for you.   Some of these photobooks can be a bit pricey but Mixbook always has coupons.   I create a photo book each season.   Each month I look over my pictures, upload them to Dropbox and my external hard drive.  I choose the best ones from that month and upload those to my Mixbook account. At the end of a season, I create a photo book that my kids will enjoy for years to come!

Happy Organizing!
